WPC PE Outdoor Floor Deck Profile Panel Extrusion Production Line
WPC extrusion line is comprised of extruder, molds, and auxiliary devices like vacuum sizing machine,
sawing machine, and stacker. In this line, plastic and waste wood fibers are mixed at a certain proportion,
and plasticizing under high temperature and pressure. This line adopts 2-step extrusion technique, in
which conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder is utilized for pelletizing, and conical
twin/single extruder is adopted to make WPC profiles. It is generally applicable in producing indoor or
outdoor floors, fences, trays, among other PE products.Co-extrusion and embossing equipment is available if necessary.
Main advantages:it is easy and safe operated, and asks for less requirements upon operators' skills,and
experience ,molds, and extruder equipment than that of 1-step extrusion processing.
Applications:for processing PP/PE powder, garden landscape material, logistics material, etc.
