PVC pulverizer machine is mainly used for reusing the waste PVC pipes profile board, there will be many unqualified waste material during normal production, to reuse these material, the first stage is to crush into small particles, then further reduce the particles into podwer by our PVC pulverizer machine. after pulverizing, the final powder size is from 30-80mesh according to customer need.
The whole set of plastic pulverizer miller include feeding hopper, grinding chamber, vetex hopper, vibrating sieve, regrinding system, dust-cleaner. The blade for this plastic pulverizer could be rotor type blade(for PE PP material) and disk type blade(). With cooling system, our plastic pulverizer can be applied to PP, PE, EVA, ABS, PVC materials.
