While the traction speed of mainstream 3D printing filament production equipment in the industry remains at 80–150 meters per minute, Zhangjiagang Flander Machinery Co., Ltd.'s high-speed production line has raised this upper limit to 250 meters per minute. This breakthrough is not a simple motor upgrade, but the result of a complete reconstruction of the extrusion system—with "ultimate stability under extreme performance" as its core concept, the equipment architecture has been restructured from the ground up.

 

In terms of capacity, based on a capacity of 40–45 kg/hour, a single production line can achieve a maximum daily output of 1000 kg. One production line can achieve the equivalent capacity of two to three conventional production lines in the past.

 

Regarding precision control, the production line is equipped with a high-precision laser diameter gauge, which monitors wire diameter changes in real time through a closed-loop automatic diameter measurement system. Closed-loop control of the traction speed ensures that the wire diameter accuracy of the filament remains stable within ±0.02 mm over a long period. Simultaneously, the entire line is equipped with an intelligent closed-loop control system, achieving multi-stage temperature control and stepless speed regulation to adapt to various material processing requirements.
