Application

• Full-Auto SMP Series plastic pulveriser is the grinding disk type pulverizer, it has advantages of high output, low energy cost etc. Mainly used in pulverizing PE, PVC, PP, PS, ABS and other materials powder processing.
• This pulverizer adopt the newly designed grinding disk, it has high output, strong wearing resistance, the life is doubled than the ordinary grinding disk.
• The pulverizer adopt the professional bearing to realize the high speed and high output.
• The installation for this pulverizer is convenient, just open the grinding room gate to clean and maintain, the whole pulverizing process is full sealed, no powder leakage during processing.
• Full auto, full auto material feeding, full auto material output, and full auto material sieving.
• The pulverizing gap can be adjusted easily, just use feller gauges and adjust the screw installed on the grinding room to realize the accurate adjust.
• The main grinder adopts the wind and water cooling type.
• The design of this machine is reasonable, the quite small pulverizing section and the disk is almost flat and erected, the material coming into the grinding room and can be easily pulverized and gone out, this avoid the material stuck and temperature rise, thus make the output of the machine more higher.

 
Features

• For the motor, we use Chinese brand for standard. We also provide Siemens beide brand for your option, the price will be a little higher, if you have such requirement, please keep us informed.
• For the bearing, we use Chinese brand TIANMA for standard, the life time is 2-3 years. We can also provide NSK bearing for option, if you need, please keep us informed.
• The rotation blades and fixed blades should be changed after milling around 300T material.
• There are totally three water cooling system on the machine, one is for the bearing, one is for the milling room, the left one is for the pipe.
• Our machine design has two mouth for filling lubrication oil, one for filling the oil inside the bearing, one for filling outside the bearing, by thus, we can make sure the bearing’s long time usage without problem. We suggest the customer add oil every 24 hours usage, just add little amount oil will be ok.

• Q: If I need the machine urgently, what will you do?
• A: We have some machines in our warehouse, if the machine match your demands, we can ship the machine to you within 7days after testing.
• Q: If my machine can not work when I receive it, what will your factory do?
• A: First of all, do not worry about the thing, we will test the machine before shipment. And if it happened, we will send our engineer to your factory to repair the machine.
• Q: If my machine is broken within one year, what your factory will do?
• A: Just send us some pictures and our engineer will analysis the reason, and send you broken parts for free.
• Q: How can I believe your factory and machines.
• A: We have CE, ISO certificates. And we have customers all around the world, we can test the machine after it finished and you check, if it can not reach your demands, we will change, or even give back your deposit.
• Q: How many days needed to finish the machine and what is about the payment?
• A: Normally we use T/T payment. And normal machine need 30 working days. If we have the same machine in storage, it can be finished with 7 working days.
