PVC material is a kind of plastic decorative materials, is short for PVC material, PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride, PVC) resin is composed of Vinyl Chloride Monomer (Vinyl Chloride Monomer, VCM) polymerization of thermoplastic polymers.Based on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the main raw material, adding suitable amount of inhibitor, change agent, etc., through mixing, rolling and vacuum blister, etc. PVC is the amorphous polymers, including crystallinity 5% - 10% of micro crystal melting point (175 degrees).The molecular weight, crystallinity and softening point of PVC can be changed with the polymerization reaction conditions (temperature).PVC resin as the base material, and stabilizer, plasticizer, filler, colorant and change agent and other additives mixed by plasticization, molding processing into PVC resin plastic.PVC material has the characteristics of light quality, heat insulation, heat preservation, moisture-proof, flame retardant and easy construction.
