Application of PVC granulating line:
This machine can be applied to granulate the recycled material of rigid PVC, soft PVC and waste PVC.
It can be stopless in the course of production.It used pneumatic conversion and strong-wind blowing. At the same time can adjust stainless steel storage container and can run at high speed for a long time while extrude stably.
The process flow of PVC pelletizing line is as following:
PVC compounding loading machine→Extruding machine→pelletizing machine → air blowing convey system→ storage tank→ Vibrating sieve→Air blowing system→storage tank and convey pipe→air blowing system →storage tank

The first stage is Co-rotating twin-screw compounder. Use the twin-screw advantage of high-speed,
high shear, strong compounding to realize material full plasticization and compounding, because no drivehead back pressure, so we can according to different materials flexibly arrange screw array to achieve the best compounding condition.
The second stage is single screw extruder.The screw low-speed and deep groove feature provides a low
cut processing environment , while mating barrel cooling, to prevent the plasticized material from generating thermal decomposition in high-pressure extrusion.
