Product introduction

The wood-plastic floor extrusion line adopts the SJZ65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, which is specially used for the extrusion, plasticization and molding of PVC powder + wood powder raw materials. It has the characteristics of high output, good plasticizing effect and low energy consumption. The conical twin-screw is used to rotate outwards in opposite directions, and combined with the quantitative feeding screw to control the feeding speed, it can achieve the effect of uniform extrusion of raw materials.

 
At the same time, the entire production line can be equipped with Siemens, Delta and other brands of PLC automatic control systems according to customer requirements to realize the automated operation of the production line.
 
The shaping and cooling of the profile adopts the vacuum shaping and circulating water cooling system.
 
The vacuum pipe and the cooling water pipe are connected by copper live joints. While ensuring the degree of vacuum, the cooling effect can be guaranteed. The profile traction adopts the upper and lower flat block traction crawler mechanism, and can increase the heterogeneous traction rubber block to meet the traction of the profile, and will not squeeze the plate profile, thereby deforming the product.
 
Crawler lifting is controlled by air cylinder, which has the function of adjustable pressure, thus controlling the contact area and pressure of the crawler to the plate and profile.
 
The cutting machine adopts a knife-lifting cutting machine, which is controlled synchronously with the extrusion of the main machine, and has accurate cutting.
