2) Die heating use thermocouple, PID control, temperature accuracy up to ±1℃

3) With high precision drive system, adopting closed loop control to ensure the extrusion pressure value and the target pressure difference value can be up to ±0.1mpa.

Name: Traction unit & Laser Diameter measuring
1) Laser Diameter measuring measures filament’s diameter on-line and has real-time feedback on filament diameter size. It also form a closed loop control with the traction motor,which adjust speed automatically and guarantee the stability of the filament diameter size, precision can be up to ±0.02mm.
